Caring - Ask yourself about your position as a caregiver or a care receiver.

When we care we receive, when we open to receiving we are blessed.

 

There is no doubt that caring for and being cared for require enormous strength, courage, and love.

 

Your ability to give and receive care is unique to the course of your life and relationships to one another. It’s wise to be truthful, patient, and pragmatic with yourself  and your loved one about your expectations.

 

Don’t judge. Accept help. Listen.
